How we structure engagements.

The commercial model follows the problem. The engineering standard does not change.

Project engagement
Most of our work. We scope the problem, agree the shape of the build, deliver it, and stay accountable through handover.
Ongoing retainer
Where most projects continue. A monthly allocation of senior engineering time covering maintenance, iteration and new work against an agreed roadmap. Fixed rate, rolling term, capacity reserved in advance.
Embedded delivery
For consultancies and agencies carrying a technical build. We work under your brand and inside your client relationship, to a defined scope and a single point of contact.
Outcome-aligned
A small number of engagements each year where we take part of the upside in place of full fee. Subject to commercial review, and only where we can materially affect the result.

We are a boutique engineering studio based in Hyderabad, working with founders, businesses, consultants and agencies around the world.

We cover fullstack, AI and data engineering, and we stay on the hook from architecture through to the day it ships. Most clients keep us on afterwards to maintain and extend what we built. There is no account management layer. The engineers doing the work are the ones you talk to.
